AI-native Fundraising Assistant Development

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer – AI-native Fundraising Agent (MVP)
Project Overview: We are developing a disruptive AI-native Fundraising Assistant (similar to a Digital FA) designed to empower early-stage founders. The platform automates the end-to-end fundraising journey—from parsing pitch decks to intelligent investor matching and automated outreach management.

As a founder with a background in AI Product Management, I am looking for a technical partner to lead the development of our MVP.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Agent Architecture: Design and implement a multi-agent system capable of analyzing complex startup data and matching it with investor investment mandates.

RAG Implementation: Build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to process unstructured PDF decks and internal investor databases.

Investor Matching Engine: Develop a proprietary scoring algorithm to predict "investor-founder fit" based on historical funding data and sector preferences.

Full-Stack MVP Development: Create a responsive, high-performance web dashboard (React/Next.js) integrated with a robust Python-based backend.

Technical Requirements:

LLM Expertise: Deep experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Vector Databases: Proficiency in managing vector stores such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

Backend Mastery: Expert-level Python (FastAPI/Django) and experience building scalable RESTful APIs.

Data Intelligence: Experience in web scraping and processing financial/market data for knowledge graph construction.

Bonus: Previous experience in FinTech, Venture Capital tools, or working within a top-tier AI lab.
