Area: Specifically local (10-30km radius), but reach all of Sydney Metro area.

Type of Business: Unit/House Removals
Specific Tasks:
1) Strategy meetings with myself via zoom/teams to discuss the plan and general business. For first 2 months I would say at least weekly, with monthly or quarterly thereafter. Once we are moving I happy to adjust to a "as needed" basis. Critically this meeting should discuss the campaign costs, the content required, news ideas, and how the marketing is tracking.
2) Help setup accounts (I would like to stay in control here, so your guidance via zoom/teams is what I looking for, however, I am happy to discuss this with you if you have a better suggestion).
3) Connection of all platforms back to my website for analytics.
4) Assist myself in creating the content (I have logos, fonts colours already created in Adobe Illustrator - happy for you to have the files to create the specific content required for the marketing.
5) I already have some seasonal and general campaign ideas, I will want your advice on these and any news ideas you might have.
6) SEO setup and amendments as required for my website.
7) Your opinion on what your service should include to give me the best service from you.
8) Promotional posts—tailored to our voice, products and seasonal offers—will be the lead content type, so eye-catching visuals, concise copy and a smart posting rhythm are key. Each post should be optimised for both feeds and Stories/Reels, making the most of Canva, Photoshop or similar tools. Once live, you will monitor reach, impressions and engagement, tweak whatever under-performs, and keep me updated through clear weekly reports.
