Full-Stack Development Developer Needed for AI Nutrition App

I’m building a mobile app for metabolic nutrition and longevity with two user journeys:
1. guided weight management (“reach and maintain healthy weight”)
2. nutrition support for patients using GLP-1 medications (focus on preventing insufficient intake and supporting nutritional quality).

Phase 1 (launch ASAP):
• Mobile app (iOS/Android) with onboarding, daily dashboard, food logging (text-based), weekly check-ins, resources hub
• AI Coach chat (assistive, non-prescriptive)
• AI plan drafting (template-based, drafts that can be approved/edited by a nutritionist/coach)
• Coach/Admin web panel (user list, check-in summary, plan editor, messaging)
• Clinic/Doctor light panel (invite codes, patient list, weekly PDF report)
• GDPR-compliant data handling (consents, privacy/cookie policies, secure storage)

Phase 2 (after MVP validation):
• Advanced clinic console, triage workflows, richer reporting, audit trail/versioning, medical-grade readiness
• Foundation for future “software as a medical device” pathway (not required in Phase 1, but architecture should be scalable)

What I’m looking for:
• Strong product/UX thinking + engineering execution
• Experience with mobile apps + backend + admin dashboards
• Experience integrating AI chat + structured AI outputs safely (guardrails)
• GDPR awareness for health-related data
