We need a CMS and SaaS platform website built we have a concept of what we need and tested it on a simple wildcard website application it’s worked great, but we are needing it to handle a lot more traffic and more security features. After months of research and gathering information we are able to offer this service to law Enforcement and other agencies so fast in a life or death emergency that they would have no choice but to use our subscription base program. The biggest thing we are hoping to find is someone who can not only build this system, but they to believe in it and work on a subscription percentage instead of a flat fee this will give them the opportunity to make many times more than the flat fit and on ongoing basis.
