Kid-Focused Online Tutoring Marketplace Development

I am looking for a freelancer to help build a kid-focused online tutoring marketplace where parents can book vetted tutors for live online lessons.
This platform will act as a marketplace, not a tutoring service itself. Tutors provide the lessons, and the platform handles discovery, booking, payments, safeguarding, and takes a percentage commission from each completed session.
The platform commission will also cover operational costs such as tutor identity verification and safeguarding checks, meaning tutors are not charged any upfront verification fees.
