SnapCraps Live Baseball Betting
Project Description
I’m ready to take SnapCraps.com from a simple landing page to a fully-functional live baseball experience where visitors can watch the action and wager on the very next pitch.
Core build
• Real-time betting interface – odds and bet slips must update in milliseconds so users can lock in a wager before the pitcher winds up.
• “Game Guru” admin console – a single operator should be able to appear on screen with Video commentary, speak over the stream in true live-TV style, and moderate chat or abusive behavior on the fly.
Technical notes
I’m flexible on stack, but latency is critical. WebSockets (Node.js, Phoenix, or similar), a modern front-end framework such as React/Vue, and secure payment APIs are the baseline I’m expecting. Integrate whatever live-stream provider you prefer; just keep the delay low enough that bets stay fair.
Deliverables
1. Fully responsive betting UI wired to a real-time odds engine.
2. Admin dashboard for the Game Guru with:
– Video commentary feed toggle/on-air controls
– Live chat moderation (mute, kick, ban)
3. Deployment instructions and hand-off of source code.
I’ll test by running a simulated game, placing rapid-fire bets, and switching the Game Guru on and off while monitoring latency and moderation tools. If everything stays in sync, we’re done. Show More
