Eventbrite-Like Apps & Website

I need a full event-management ecosystem built from scratch and published. The scope covers three mobile apps plus a responsive website, all working seamlessly together on Android, iOS, and the web.

Deliverables
• User mobile app – must make event discovery smooth and allow in-app ticket purchasing.
• Organiser mobile app – organisers should be able to create events, manage ticket sales, and review basic analytics right from their phones.
• Scanner mobile app – a lightweight app focused on QR-code scanning at the gate.
• Website – public pages for browsing and buying, plus separate log-in areas for users, organisers, and an admin dashboard.
• End-to-end testing across devices and browsers.
• Store listing & deployment for both Google Play and the App Store.

Core expectations

– One shared code-base or different code (React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform tech) to keep maintenance simple. We can discuss if different code for each platform
– Secure, real-time database and payment integration.
– Clean, modern UI that is similar to the Eventbrite experience yet keeps branding flexible.
– Handover of source code, build instructions, and basic documentation.
– Final payment released only after all apps are ready and the website is ready and functioning as per requirement.
