Sr. Performance Marketer + CRO Specialist — TrueNorth

Responsibilities
∙ Set up and manage TikTok In-Feed and Spark Ad campaigns from scratch
∙ Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns targeting parents of HS juniors/seniors
∙ Set up and manage Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords
∙ Manage Reddit Promoted Posts amplifying organic comment threads
∙ Manage Pinterest promoted pins on college planning content
∙ Configure conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel events across all channels
∙ Daily campaign monitoring — adjust bids, kill underperformers, scale winners
∙ Weekly 1-page performance report: spend, CPC, CPA, ROAS by channel
∙ Month 2: full CRO audit of our funnel (landing page → assessment → paywall → email sequence) using Hotjar and GA4 data — deliver 8–12 prioritized fixes with estimated conversion impact
∙ Ongoing creative refresh recommendations as ad fatigue sets in
