Uber-Style Taxi App Build

I need a complete ride-hailing application, similar in flow and polish to Uber, running smoothly on both iOS and Android. The build must cover every user group—passengers, drivers, and admins—and include the essential ride-share features of secure user registration/login, in-app payments, and true real-time vehicle tracking on the map.

Below is the concrete scope of work and deliverables I expect.

• Passenger experience
– Sign-up/login via email, phone, or social (OTP required)
– Live map with nearby drivers, fare estimate, promo code support
– One-tap booking, live driver ETA, in-trip status, and rating system
– Card and wallet payments processed in-app; receipts emailed automatically

• Driver experience
– On/offline toggle, ride request alerts, in-trip navigation
– Earnings dashboard with daily/weekly summaries
– Secure onboarding with document upload and approval workflow

• Admin console (web)
– User, driver, and trip management
– Dynamic pricing, promo code, and payout controls
– Analytics for churn, heat maps, and revenue

• Core backend
– Scalable REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time socket layer for tracking
– Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe or Braintree preferred)
– Push notifications (APNs & FCM), SMS, and email triggers
– Cloud infrastructure auto-scales to 10k concurrent riders without lag

Acceptance criteria
1. A passenger can register, request a ride, pay, and rate the driver in a single uninterrupted flow on both stores’ review devices.
2. GPS position updates at least every two seconds with <15 m accuracy.
3. Build passes unit and UI tests (≥85 % coverage) and is delivered with full source, API docs, and deployment scripts.

I will provide brand assets, wireframes, and legal documents; you bring architecture, coding, QA, and store deployment.
