What We Need:
Qualified Lead Forms: Use Meta Instant Forms with conditional logic to disqualify "repair" or "rental" inquiries.
Friction-Based Funnel: Ask for property type, project scope, and budget awareness before the lead is submitted.
Creative Strategy: Guide us on drone footage/process clips needed to make the "Creative" do the targeting.
CRM Sync: Set up instant lead notifications (Zapier/GoHighLevel) so we can call leads within 5 minutes.
CAPI Setup: Implement Meta Conversions API for 2026 data accuracy.
Selection Criteria:
Do not bid if you haven't run roofing replacement campaigns. In your proposal, tell me your "Cost Per Appointment" average for roofing in the last 6 months.
