We are **mobile phone wholesalers** looking to expand our business online. We need a fully functional e-commerce website with a custom inventory and device-tracking system.

Business Workflow
We sell devices in two ways:

1. **Online via e-commerce website**
2. **Offline to walk-in customers or B2B clients & other Marketplace like Amazon Ebay Onbuy Backmarket**

All devices will be **individually tracked by serial number / IMEI**.

# Device Grading System
Every device received from suppliers will be graded:
* Brand New
* 14 Days
* Grade A
* Grade B
* Grade C
* Grade D
Once graded, the device should automatically appear in the **online store inventory**.

* Each device must have a **unique serial number**
* System must store **IMEI + model**
* Automatic listing on website when stock is added
* Automatic removal from inventory when sold online
* Manual stock adjustment for **offline sales**
* **Bulk inventory update via CSV file**

* Daily **automatic stock list** sent to subscribers/buyers
* Option for users to **download stock list**
* Email automation system

### Barcode System

* Generate **barcode for each device**
* Barcode should include:

* Serial number
* IMEI
* Model
* Printable labels for attaching to devices

### Device History Tracking

Each device must store full history:

* Purchase date
* Supplier
* Sale date
* Sale location (online/offline/B2B)
* Return history

Returned devices must be **restored back to inventory**. and issue with a RMA number everytime a return comes and recorded for reason

### Product Editing

Admin must be able to modify:

* Price
* Network
* Product details
* Grade

* Image optimisation
* Product data entry (one-click upload)

Website must be:

* SEO optimized
* Fast loading
* Properly indexed by search engines

Uploading **product images and details should be done with one-click bulk upload**.

## Admin System

Need a **complete management dashboard** including:

* Inventory management
* Accounting overview inc Tax
* Sales reports & Invoice Generation Offline/Online
* Device tracking
* Barcode printing
* Customer management
