Commission-Based SDRs for TradeStock Marketplace

Job Description

We are looking for self-employed sales representatives (SDRs) to help grow TradeStock Marketplace, a new platform built for the motor trade.

TradeStock Marketplace is a private dealer-to-dealer network where car dealerships can buy and sell trade-ins, aged stock, and vehicles that don’t fit their forecourt profile.

We are currently onboarding dealerships across Ireland and the United Kingdom ahead of launch and are looking for motivated salespeople who want to build a strong recurring commission base.

This role is fully remote and commission-based, ideal for someone with experience in:

• automotive sales
• dealership environments
• B2B sales
• SaaS sales
• cold outreach and closing deals

What You Will Be Selling

A subscription platform for car dealerships that allows them to:

• move trade-ins faster
• sell aged stock to other dealers
• access stock from dealerships across Ireland and the UK
• reduce reliance on auctions and WhatsApp trade groups

Dealerships subscribe for €99.99 per month to access the network.

Commission Structure

You will earn:

€40 commission for every dealership you sign up

Monthly bonus:

• €1,000 bonus for reaching 100 dealership signups in a month

Retention bonus:

• €25 bonus for every dealer you sign that remains subscribed for 90 days

Example earnings:

100 signups in a month =

€4,000 commission
€1,000 performance bonus

Total: €5,000

If those 100 dealers remain subscribed for 90 days you earn:

€2,500 retention bonus
