Seeking Long-Term Project Head / CTO

Project Description

We are currently looking to hire a long term project head / project manager / CTO.
As Product head, you are responsible for end-to-end development of complete software products + features and updates to our existing products.

You will need to have the following experience:
Team leadership and rapid hiring systems – managing developers and designers, recruiting high-quality talent quickly, and maintaining strong performance standards across the team.

User-focused product development – designing and building software features based on real user needs, ensuring functionality is intuitive and solves the intended problem.

Innovative UI/UX design – creating unique, product-specific interfaces that improve usability rather than relying on generic design patterns.

Creative problem-solving and innovation – developing original solutions to complex problems across product development, hiring, and operations.

Quality assurance and user satisfaction – overseeing QA processes, identifying friction points in user flows, and ensuring products are stable, bug-free, and easy to use.

Strong product vision – proactively suggesting improvements to functionality, UI, and overall product direction without requiring constant guidance.

Full-stack technical expertise – experience with modern web technologies including Node.js, React/Next.js, Django, Laravel, Ruby on Rails, and related frontend/backend frameworks.

Operational organisation – structuring workflows, documentation, and team processes to keep projects and staff organised and scalable.

Strategic technical leadership – providing guidance across engineering, product development, and team management while continuously improving systems and processes.

Weekly budget is $5,000 AUD per week, but we will initiate the partnership by paying per project.
