Build AI Visa Booking Platform

Project Description

I am creating an online visa-appointment platform that removes fraud and black-market bookings through strong identity checks and a transparent slot-allocation engine. The core of the system is Supabase on the backend, with Sumsub handling passport, facial-match and liveness verification, and Twilio (plus email) delivering real-time notifications.

Both the admin and consulate dashboards are equally critical. The admin side focuses first on system settings and notification controls, while the consulate view needs clear priority rules, slot visibility and a friction-free workflow for approving or rejecting applicants. I am after a clean, fast UI—nothing design-heavy, just intuitive screens built with solid front-end practices.

I’m looking for a full-stack developer who is comfortable wiring multiple APIs together, structuring data models in Supabase, and thinking proactively about security or fraud-prevention patterns. If you have experience with similar verification stacks—or have integrated alternatives such as Onfido or Passbase before—let me know; your insight could shape later phases.

Initial target is an MVP in three to five weeks, with scope for ongoing iteration once the first consulates come online.

MVP acceptance criteria:
• Sumsub verification fully integrated, storing results in Supabase
• Slot-allocation logic that prevents double booking and exposes priority rules to the consulate dashboard
• Admin dashboard managing system settings and notification templates
• Consulate dashboard for day-to-day appointment handling
• SMS and email triggers fired on key events
• Brief architecture document outlining data flow, auth, and extensibility points

When you reply, include links or brief summaries of past API-centric projects plus a short outline of how you would structure this system end to end. I value clear thinking, clean code and rapid iteration over heavy design work. Show More
