WordPress to HubSpot CMS Migration

The site belongs to a professional development company that provides training and resources for K-12 educators working with multilingual learners / English learners.

The goal is to fully rebuild the site in HubSpot CMS while maintaining or improving:

• Lead generation capabilities

Scope of Work

1. Website Migration

Transfer the existing website structure and content from the current platform to HubSpot CMS.

This includes:
• Pages
• Blog
• Images
• Forms
• Navigation
• Internal links

2. Design Replication (with Improvements)
Replicate the general look and feel of the current site while improving:

• Layout consistency
• Mobile optimization
• Page loading speed
• CTA placement
• Conversion flow
Suggestions for improvement are welcome.

3. HubSpot Setup

Configure the site inside HubSpot including:
• HubSpot CMS structure
• Templates / theme
• Blog integration

4. SEO Preservation
Very important.
The developer must ensure:
• URL structure preserved or redirected
• Metadata transferred

5. Blog Migration
