Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced GHL developer or data specialist to build a comprehensive performance dashboard that consolidates our marketing and appointment-setting data into one clear, actionable interface.

In addition to the dashboard, we require an automated monthly email reporting system that sends each client their performance report.

5. Automated Monthly Client Reports (IMPORTANT)

We need a system that:

Automatically generates a monthly report for each client

Sends reports via email

Includes key metrics and visual summaries from the dashboard

Allows customization per client (if needed)

Supports PDF or link-based reports

Runs on a scheduled basis (monthly automation)

Technical Requirements:

Integration with Google Ads and Facebook Ads APIs

Ability to connect to CRM or data sources (Google Sheets, CSV, etc.)

Automated email system (SMTP or email service integration)

Scheduled jobs (monthly automation)

Interactive dashboard with filters (date range, client, channel)

Clean and modern UI

Preferred Skills:

Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or custom solutions)

API integrations (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

Experience with automated reporting systems

Data visualization and analytics experience

Deliverables:

Fully functional dashboard
