Acceptance criteria
1. Odds update frequency ≤ 1 second end-to-end.
2. Race streams buffer < 2 seconds on a 10 Mbps connection.
3. 100 % reconciliation accuracy between bet slip, ledger, and admin reports.
4. Regulatory compliance logs exportable in CSV and JSON formats.
