Candidate Requirements:
Chartered status (CEng) and membership of a recognised body (e.g. MIFireE)
Demonstrable experience with:
HRB projects
Retrospective compliance / regularisation
Fire strategy review and certification processes
Ability to provide verifiable credentials and relevant project references
Professional indemnity insurance (confirmation required)
Desirable (not essential):
Experience working with Wandsworth and/or Richmond Borough Council Building Control
Deliverables:
Written compliance assessment report
Detailed remedial works schedule (if required)
Ongoing support through to final sign-off
Re-inspection(s) post-remedial works as necessary
Additional Information:
The objective is to bring the project to a fully compliant and certifiable position in order to secure release of retention.
This is a time-sensitive appointment, and I am looking for someone who is responsive, experienced, and able to take clear ownership of the process.
