Elementor Car Classifieds Marketplace

I’m building a car-classifieds marketplace from scratch and need someone who can take it from concept to launch with WordPress + Elementor at the core.

Core flow
• Sellers create an account, choose either a monthly or 3-month plan, pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, and immediately receive an emailed receipt.
• They complete a listing form that captures photos plus the usual specs—year, make, model, mileage, price, feature list, etc.
• Each listing is assigned a unique relay address (e.g., listing12[at]mymarketplace.com). I’ll be using Mailgun, so I need the full alias-creation and message-forwarding logic built: buyer writes to the relay, the platform forwards to the seller’s real email stored privately; when the seller replies, it routes back through the site to the buyer, keeping both parties’ addresses hidden.
• Buyers can also contact sellers via a name/phone/email/message form if they prefer.

User roles will be Admin, Seller, and Buyer. From the dashboard I want to see subscription status, listings, and basic message stats. The front end should be clean, responsive, and easily editable in Elementor once you hand it over.

Deliverables
1. WordPress install configured with Elementor and any supporting plugins you recommend.
2. Custom post type and form for vehicle listings, ready for photo uploads and all required data fields.
3. Mailgun-based email relay system fully tested end to end.
4. Subscription system with recurring billing, PayPal and card checkout, automated receipts.
5. Role permissions set for Admin, Seller, Buyer.
6. Clear hand-off notes so I can manage future listings and subscribers without touching code.
