- The developer may NOT keep a copy of the source code after project delivery
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed before project start
- Any violation will be reported to Freelancer support and pursued legally
- No GPL, MIT, or open-source licensed code may be used without prior written approval
- No third-party scripts or nulled tools — guaranteed clean & original code only

The developer confirms by bidding that they accept all ownership and NDA terms above.
