End-to-End Custom CRM Build

Project Description

I need a complete CRM built from the ground up, starting with the server layer and finishing with a polished, branded interface that each client can tailor to their own sub-domain, logo and name. Beyond standard contact management and sales tracking, the platform must include a full customer-support suite—ticketing, live chat and a searchable knowledge-base—so users can resolve issues without ever leaving the system.

Key functions I must see working:

• Server-side management configurable by package, including routine maintenance hooks, security policies and performance optimisation scripts that can scale as data grows and automatically trigger archival once preset thresholds are hit.
• Login UI that lets any customer replace icons or names and spin up a branded sub-domain in a few clicks.
• Biometric or GPS-based attendance capture for employees, synchronised directly from supported devices, then mapped to chargeable hours or field activities.
• Open API layer so clients can push or pull data from external platforms such as Instagram or other marketing sites without roadblocks.
• Real-time employee sales dashboards and consolidated management reports.
• Tally-friendly financial exports—both CSV and direct Tally API calls—plus billing modules that let an admin add custom fields on demand.
• Multi-region publishing support, ensuring the same codebase can be launched quickly in additional countries with localized settings.

Acceptance criteria will be a working demo on my test server, documented source code, and clear deployment instructions so new client instances can be launched in minutes. Show More
