Knowledge Networks is a global AI education and policy organization working with UNESCO, the ITU, and leading journalism schools worldwide. We're building a flagship AI-powered SaaS platform for journalists, newsrooms, and media organizations.

This is not a vague idea. We have a 100+ page Statement of Work, detailed functional requirements, technical architecture specs, wireframes, and a clear 60-day delivery plan. You're executing a fully scoped product.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

A web-based SaaS platform with two interaction modes: (1) a conversational AI assistant (chatbot) powered by LLM integration where journalists upload media, ask verification questions, and receive intelligence briefs in natural language; and (2) structured dashboards for monitoring, team management, and analytics.

THE SIX MODULES:

1. Media Authenticity Detector — Video/audio/image deepfake detection via 3+ third-party detection APIs. Visual heatmaps, confidence scores, plain-language editorial summaries.

2. AI-Generated Text Analyzer — Detects AI-written vs. human text via detection APIs + custom stylometric analysis. Accepts paste, file upload, URL input.

3. Source Credibility Engine — Searchable database (10,000+ outlets, 2,000+ profiles) with proprietary 5-dimension credibility scoring. Natural language queries.

4. Disinformation Monitor — Real-time narrative surveillance across X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, RSS. NLP clustering, propagation mapping, configurable alerts.

5. Investigative Intelligence — Upload document sets (500 pages) for entity extraction, timeline generation, and connection mapping.

6. Community Intelligence — Crowdsourced expert layer where verified users contribute source assessments with peer validation and reputation scoring.

PLUS: Auth (OAuth 2.0, SSO), 5-tier Stripe billing, RESTful API with OpenAPI docs, WordPress CMS plugin, admin panel, dark mode, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.

60-DAY SPRINT TIMELINE

Phase 1 — Core MVP (Days 1–25): Architecture, CI/CD, auth, chatbot, Modules 1–3, scoring engine, billing. UAT with real journalists.

Phase 2 — Full Build (Days 26–45): Modules 4–6, API layer, CMS plugin, enterprise features, security audit.

Phase 3 — Launch (Days 46–60): Production deployment, stabilization, knowledge transfer, documentation. 90-day warranty begins.

Quality Gates at Day 25 and Day 45 with formal acceptance criteria. Dedicated Product Owner (25+ hrs/week) and 10–30 journalists for UAT.

CLAUDE CODE: OUR PREFERRED APPROACH

We strongly encourage Claude Code as the primary development accelerator. Developers proficient with Claude Code deliver 2–3x output vs. traditional workflows. Feed our SOW into Claude Code to generate database schemas, API routes, auth flows, and module scaffolding in hours. API integrations, test generation (≥80% coverage required), and documentation are all dramatically faster with Claude Code.

7. Availability — Earliest start date. Confirm 60 consecutive days full-time. Non-negotiable.
