Restaurant POS Software Development
Project Description
I need a custom-built POS application tailored to a restaurant environment. The core of the project is a smooth order-tracking workflow that lets my staff enter, follow and close orders without friction while keeping every customer and ticket tied together in one place.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Full restaurant POS interface where servers can open, edit and settle checks.
• A real-time order-tracking module that shows every active ticket and its status, grouped by customer or table as needed.
• A simple customer database so repeat guests, their past orders and any notes stay visible at the moment of service.
If you’ve previously created restaurant POS solutions—or apps with comparable inventory, customer or sales logic—let me know how you’d structure the data flow and what tools or framework you prefer. Clean code, straightforward UI and clear documentation are must-haves; I plan to expand the system later, so maintainability matters.
