We're building a mobile app (iOS & Android) that promotes domestic and regional tourism through gamification. Users discover points of interest, scan QR codes at physical signage, and check in at verified locations using geolocation validation. Each check-in earns points, unlocks achievements, and contributes to a community-driven database of reviews, ratings, and travel tips.

Core Features:
• QR code scanning + geolocation-verified check-ins
• Points system, achievements, leaderboards, and weekly challenges
• User-generated content: reviews, ratings, photos, and access tips
• Interactive map with filters (category, distance, difficulty, rating)
• Smart recommendations and push notifications (e.g., weekend trip suggestions)
• Curated business listings (restaurants, hotels, adventure tours)

Tech Requirements:
• Cross-platform mobile app (React Native or Flutter)
• Backend API with user authentication, geolocation services, and QR code management
• Admin panel for content curation and analytics
• Database for locations, user profiles, check-ins, and reviews
• Push notification system

Phase 1 scope: MVP with 20–30 curated locations, QR + geolocation check-in, basic points system, user reviews, and interactive map.

NFC integration and expanded regional coverage planned for later phases.
