Construction Recruitment CRM Development
Project Description
I need a purpose-built CRM that becomes the single hub for everything in my construction recruitment business—timesheets, candidate records, client relationships, contracts, invoices, plus built-in emailing and text messaging. The system must let my team:
• Log and approve weekly timesheets
• Store and search candidate profiles, CVs and compliance docs
• Track clients, contacts and every interaction in one place
• Generate, send and reconcile invoices from approved timesheets
• Hold signed contracts against both clients and workers
• Send bulk or one-to-one emails and SMS straight from the CRM and record the thread
Timesheets, Client management, Candidates management and Invoices are non-negotiable core modules; everything else should plug naturally into that workflow.
I’m open on stack as long as it’s web-based, intuitive and scalable. An MVP that covers the essentials, accompanied by setup documentation and a brief hand-over session, will be the first milestone, followed by refinements once real data starts flowing.
I would like to be able to import candidate and client information that is already held.
We already use a program called Eclipse Recruitment Software which is fine, but we would now like to build our own. Show More
