Job Title: Senior WordPress / WooCommerce Developer for Custom Print Shop Management System

We are a sign and print production company looking for an experienced WordPress and WooCommerce developer to build a complete custom system for quoting, ordering, proofing, production management, sales rep tracking, commissions, and job tickets.

This is not a standard WooCommerce setup. We need a developer who can build a custom workflow system around WooCommerce for a print production environment.

Main Requirements

The system must include all of the following:

- Custom WordPress / WooCommerce build
- Print production workflow integration
- Sales-based workflow with rep tracking
- Dynamic pricing tables
- Measurement-based products
- Sales agent / sales rep assignment
- Commission tracking
- Proofing system
- Quoting system
- Production management
- Complete job ticket system

Critical Job Ticket Requirement

Every single line item in a WooCommerce order must automatically become its own separate job ticket.

Example:

Order #1025
- Line Item 1 = Job Ticket #5001
- Line Item 2 = Job Ticket #5002
- Line Item 3 = Job Ticket #5003

This is a core requirement. We do not want one order treated as one production job. Each line item must be separated, tracked, and managed independently through production.

Each Job Ticket Must Include
- Artwork/files tied to that line item
- Proof status
- Production status
- Assigned employee or department
- Sales rep attached
- Commission attached
- Notes
- Ship date or install date
- Tracking through completion

Required Workflow

Sales → Quote → Order → Proof → Approval → Production → Ship / Install → Completed → Commission

System Functions Required

1. Dynamic Pricing Tables
Products must support pricing tables based on size, quantity, options, or similar print pricing structures.

2. Measurement-Based Products
Products must allow width and height entry and automatically calculate pricing based on measurements such as square footage.

3. Sales Agent / Sales Rep Tracking
Orders and job tickets must be tied to a sales rep or sales agent.

4. Commission Tracking
Commission must be tracked based on the sales rep tied to the work.

5. Quote System
We need a quoting system that can later be converted into an order.

6. Proofing System
There must be a proof approval process before production begins.

7. Production Management
We need a dashboard or workflow system for tracking jobs through production stages.

8. Line Item to Job Ticket Automation
Every order line item must automatically generate its own job ticket and move independently through workflow stages.

9. Status Tracking
Each job ticket should be able to move through statuses such as:
- Waiting for Proof
- Proof Sent
- Approved
- Print
- Cut
- Fabrication
- Install
- Shipped
- Completed

10. Complete System Integration
We are looking for a complete system, not disconnected plugins that barely work together.

Developer Requirements
- Strong custom WordPress development experience
- Strong WooCommerce customization experience
- Experience with custom plugins
- Experience working with order data, line item data, and workflow logic
- Understanding of print production, sign shops, manufacturing workflow, or job management systems is a major plus
