Zoho One Setup & Customization
Project Description
I’m looking for a Zoho-savvy specialist to roll out Zoho One across our organization, shape it to our processes, and leave us with a friction-free system we can rely on every day.
Scope
• Configure the core Zoho One applications we’ll rely on (CRM, Books, Inventory and any others we identify together).
• Map our current sales, finance, and operations steps into automated Zoho workflows so repetitive hand-offs disappear.
• Build integrations strictly within the Zoho ecosystem—no third-party tools are required at this stage.
• Document what you build and coach our key users on best-practice usage so we can maintain momentum long after launch.
Acceptance criteria
• All agreed modules are live with fields, pipelines, and templates mirroring our real-world process.
• Automations trigger correctly, with test records showing data moves end-to-end without manual intervention.
• User guide or Loom-style walkthroughs cover day-to-day tasks and basic troubleshooting.
• A final review call confirms everything is working and our team is comfortable.
