Chipchap to Boukchap Platform Transformation

Project Proposal: Transform Chipchap Platform into Boukchap (Webapp, Admin Panel, and Mobile App)

Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team to help transform our existing Chipchap platform into a new unified platform called Boukchap.

Currently, we have several components already developed:

A Chipchap landing website
A Chipchap mobile app
A database currently used by Chipchap
A Boukchap webapp frontend code
A Boukchap admin panel frontend code

However, these parts are not yet connected into one complete system.

The goal of this project is to create a unified architecture where all parts of the platform share the same backend and database.

Objective

Transform the current Chipchap ecosystem into a scalable Boukchap platform composed of:

Boukchap Web Application
Boukchap Admin Panel
Boukchap Mobile App

All components must connect to one shared backend and database.

The platform is a marketplace for beauty and wellness services, where:

Clients can book services
Professionals (businesses) can manage services and bookings through their dashboard
Admin can manage the platform
Important Context

We already have a working database used by Chipchap.

Instead of building everything from scratch, we would like to reuse the existing database as much as possible.

The goal is to evolve the Chipchap platform into Boukchap, rather than creating a completely separate system.

Scope of Work
Phase 1 — System Audit and Architecture

The first step is to analyze the existing system:

Review the current Chipchap database
Review the Chipchap app structure
Review the Chipchap landing page
Review the Boukchap webapp frontend
Review the Boukchap admin panel frontend

From this audit, the developer should propose:

what can be reused
what should be extended
what must be rebuilt
how to structure the backend architecture
Phase 2 — Backend and Database Architecture

Create a backend architecture that connects:

Webapp
Admin Panel
Mobile App

Tasks include:

Database optimization / restructuring
Backend API development
Authentication system
Role-based access (Client / Business / Admin)
Subscription plan management
Booking system
Add-on services
Reviews
Payments integration
Location (cities / countries)

Phase 3 — Connect Frontend Systems
Connect the backend to:
Boukchap Webapp

Users should be able to:

search services
book services
manage bookings
manage profiles

Boukchap Admin Panel
Admins should be able to manage:

users
businesses
services
bookings
subscription plans
cities and countries
homepage content
SEO sections

Changes made in the admin panel must reflect on the webapp and app automatically.

Phase 4 - Mobile App Migration

We want to transform the Chipchap mobile app into the Boukchap mobile app using the same backend and database.

Key Technical Requirements

Developers must be experienced with:

Full-stack web development
API architecture
Database design
Marketplace platforms
Role-based authentication systems
Scalable architecture

Preferred experience with:

Node.js / Python / Laravel / similar backend
PostgreSQL or MySQL
React / Next.js / modern frontend frameworks
Mobile app backend integration

Expected Outcome
A unified and scalable platform with:

Additional Notes
Some frontend sections are currently missing or partially implemented.
The developer must identify these and help define a structured implementation plan.
