​Production-Ready Fleet Management & Tourism Operations System (iOS, Android & Web)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or Agency to build a comprehensive Operations & Fleet Management System for a tourism and transfer company. The system must automate our daily workflows and bridge the gap between our office, drivers, and accounting.
​Key Features Required:
​1. Internal Admin & Operations Dashboard (Web):
​Real-Time GPS Tracking: Monitor our fleet's live location, speed, and route history (Internal use only).
​Dispatching System: Assign "Airport Transfers" and "Excursions" to drivers/representatives.
​Data Management: Export detailed reports (Trips, Maintenance, Logistics) in CSV/PDF.
​2. Third-Party API Integration (Booking Sync):
​Automatic Import: Seamlessly fetch incoming bookings from international partners (e.g., Booking.com, Kiwitaxi) into our internal dashboard.
​Status Updates: Automated feedback (Accept/Complete) to partner platforms without sharing our internal GPS data.
​3. Driver/Representative Mobile App (iOS & Android):
​Task Management: Real-time push notifications for new assignments. Drivers must "Accept" and mark tasks as "Completed."
​Digital Records: Storage for driver licenses, certificates, and vehicle assignments.
​4. Maintenance & Accounting Modules:
​Vehicle Health: Service schedules (Oil, tires, etc.) with automated push reminders.
​Financial Sync: Once a trip is completed, data must automatically reflect in the accounting module for payroll and commissions.
​Technical Requirements:
​Framework: Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native preferred).
​Backend: Scalable cloud architecture (Node.js/Python) with REST or GraphQL API.
​Database: Secure, high-performance cloud database.
​Privacy: Secure internal-only handling of GPS and sensitive data.
