I’m building a cloud-based platform that blends the best of Zoho and SAP while remaining lightweight and AI-driven. The heart of the site is a full-featured Customer Relationship Management space where users can:
• Manage leads and contacts with intuitive pipelines
• Automate the entire sales cycle—from opportunity capture through quotation and invoicing
• Handle support tickets via a help-desk that ties every interaction back to the customer record
Beyond CRM, I also need native ERP and HRMS modules so finance, inventory, procurement, payroll, and employee self-service all live under the same login. Seamless email integration is mandatory; users should be able to send, receive, and archive correspondence without leaving the dashboard.
AI is not just a buzzword here. An embedded chatbot must give real-time assistance, surface analytics, and even draft emails or knowledge-base answers through natural-language processing. Machine-learning-powered insights—deal win-probability, churn prediction, and resource forecasting—should be surfaced contextually throughout the UI.
Deliverables
1. Responsive web application (React, Angular, or Vue preferred) deployed to cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
2. Modular microservice or MVC backend (Node, Django, Laravel, or similar) with REST/GraphQL APIs.
3. Fully integrated CRM, ERP, HRMS, email, and AI chatbot features as outlined.
4. Source code in Git with clear setup docs, test suites, and a brief video walkthrough.
5. Post-deployment support for bug fixes and minor tweaks for 30 days.
Acceptance criteria: each module must load under 2 s, pass basic penetration testing, and operate with 99 % uptime during a one-week pilot.
