PagarBook-Style Management App

I want to give small businesses, shops, schools and other organisations the same digital convenience PagarBook offers, but under our own brand. The product has to run smoothly on both the web and mobile (Android and iOS), with two clear roles—Admin and Staff—switchable from a single code-base.

Core scope
• Employee management: attendance, salary calculation, and individual records
• Expense & income tracking that links to a digital ledger for Udhar/credit management
• Real-time notifications and reminders to keep tasks on schedule
• Multi-user login with granular permissions for Admin and Staff
• Clean, intuitive UI backed by secure data storage

Nice-to-have add-ons (quote separately if needed)
• School/college module with fee tracking
• Analytics dashboard and downloadable reports
• Automated cloud backup

Tech stack preference
Frontend in React with modern HTML/CSS, backed by Node.js (or Django/Firebase if you have a strong case) and a MongoDB or MySQL database. Clear, well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs are essential, and I value thoughtful UI/UX design over feature bloat.

Deliverables
1. Responsive web app + published mobile builds (APK & TestFlight/IPA)
2. Source code in a private Git repo with commit history
3. Setup scripts or Docker files for one-click deployment
4. Brief user manual and API documentation

Acceptance criteria
• Zero critical bugs in a two-week test window
• Data remains consistent across web and mobile in real time
• Role-based permissions enforced on every sensitive action
• Lighthouse performance score ≥ 85 on desktop and mobile
