Agency Outsource - SEO / GEO / AIO Specialist for German & Western European Market

We are looking for an experienced search marketing specialist with expertise in modern SEO and emerging AI-driven search optimization for projects targeting Germany and Western European markets.

The goal is to improve visibility across traditional search engines as well as new AI-powered search environments.

Responsibilities:
• Technical SEO audits and website optimization
• Keyword research for German and European markets
• On-page SEO optimization and content structure
• Content strategy for organic search growth
• Link building strategy and authority development
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI search platforms
• AIO (AI Optimization) to improve content visibility in AI-driven search results
• AIE (AI Engine visibility) strategies for emerging AI discovery platforms
• Monitoring rankings, traffic growth, and search performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience with SEO projects for companies in Germany or Western Europe
• Ability to provide case studies, references, or examples of SEO results
• Experience improving rankings and organic traffic
• Familiarity with modern SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
• Understanding of new AI search trends and optimization techniques (GEO / AIO / AI search visibility)

Nice to have:
• Experience with multilingual SEO projects
• Experience working with B2B or SME companies in Europe
• Knowledge of structured data and semantic SEO
