Project Title: Build a Multi-Tenant NEMT Management System (Web + Mobile Apps)

We are looking for an experienced developer or team to build a complete Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) management system.

The system must support multiple transportation companies (multi-tenant), where each company has its own secure account and data.

Scope of Work:
• Web-based Admin Dashboard (for transportation companies)
• Mobile Admin App (same functionality as web)
• Driver Mobile App (for trip execution and GPS tracking)

Core Features:
• Multi-company system (each company isolated)
• Trip management (manual entry + Excel/CSV import)
• Driver and vehicle management
• Real-time trip assignment and reassignment
• GPS tracking (route, stops, timestamps)
• Digital signature capture (passenger)
• Accounting module (income, expenses, reports)
• PDF export (trip sheets, reports, signatures)

Technical Requirements:
• Backend: PHP (Laravel preferred)
• Database: MySQL
• Mobile Apps: Flutter or React Native
• Clean, scalable architecture

Additional Notes:
• System must be easy to use and reliable
• Experience with logistics or transportation systems is a plus
• Experience with GPS tracking is highly preferred
