**Title:** Automation Developer Needed – Car Listing Workflow (Scraping + AI + System Integration)

**Project Overview**
I am looking for an experienced developer to build an automated workflow that streamlines the process of creating car listings based on auction data, VIN lookup, and AI-generated content.

The goal is to reduce manual work and create a scalable system that can handle a high volume of cars efficiently.

I have attached a workflow diagram that illustrates the full process . The system should follow this logic closely.

**Scope of Work**

The automation should include the following steps:

1. **Auction Integration**

* Detect when a car is purchased (e.g., from an auction platform)
* Log into the auction system and download the car’s PDF with details

2. **VIN Lookup**

* Extract VIN from the PDF
* Use VIN to fetch additional data (e.g., via external service [www.partslink24.com](http://www.partslink24.com))
* Download equipment/specification data as PDF or structured data

3. **Data Processing**

* Extract relevant information from PDFs (car specs, equipment, etc.)
* Structure the data for further use

4. **Car Listing Creation**

* Log into our internal system (car management platform)
* Automatically create a new car listing
* Fill in all relevant fields (technical data, equipment, etc.)

5. **AI Integration**

* Generate listing text based on a predefined template
* AI should rewrite/adjust text using the extracted equipment data

6. **Workflow Completion**

* Allow manual review/approval step
* Upload images
* Set price
* Publish listing
