I am looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer (or a small agency) based in India, preferably in Chennai or Tamil Nadu, to build a professional transfer/VTC booking website.

Key Features Required:

Step-by-Step Booking Engine: A 3-step dynamic form (Route selection -> Passenger/Luggage details -> Contact/Payment).

Dynamic Pricing: Automatic price calculation based on routes, vehicle type, and night surcharges (+15€).

Google Maps API Integration: For precise location selection and distance calculation.

Multi-language Support: French and English (at minimum).

Notifications: Automated email and WhatsApp confirmation for customers and admin.

Payment Integration: Option for "Pay in Cash" and online payment (Stripe/PayPal).

Mobile Responsive: The site must be perfectly optimized for mobile users.

Technical Preference: I am open to WordPress (using specialized VTC plugins) for a fast launch, or a custom React/Node.js build if justified.

Communication:
I am based in France but I speak Tamil. I would prefer a developer from Tamil Nadu to facilitate communication and ensure a smooth collaboration.
