Job Title: Senior Mobile Dev for "Postcode-Locked" Trade Marketplace (Stripe + Real-time)
Project Overview:
We are building a new platform , a streamlined marketplace connecting tradesmen and homeowners. The model is locked: Tradesmen pay a monthly subscription for access to a single postcode area. Homeowners pick 3 tradesmen per job; those 3 get the lead free,
The Mission:
Build a high-performance MVP for iOS & Android (Flutter or React Native preferred). You aren't just coding screens; you are building a strict geographic engine and a multi-tier revenue system.
Key Deliverables:
Stripe Integration: Seamless handling of monthly recurring subscriptions and "one-tap" one-time purchases for leads.
The Postcode Engine: A robust backend that locks users into one territory and strictly filters lead visibility based on that ID.
Real-Time Lead Flow: Instant push notifications via Firebase so tradesmen can claim leads the second they drop.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with Stripe Connect or marketplace payment flows.
Expertise in Geofencing/Postcode logic and database architecture.
A portfolio showing at least 2 live marketplace apps on the App Store/Play Store.
Communication: We need a partner who can explain technical trade-offs, not just a "task-taker."
