Cross-Platform Ride-Sharing App Development

I am launching a ride-sharing taxi service and need a complete mobile solution that functions smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core experience should let riders request a taxi, see real-time driver locations, receive fare estimates, and pay in-app, while drivers accept trips, navigate efficiently, and track their earnings.

A single codebase with native-quality performance is ideal—React Native, Flutter, or similar is fine as long as the final apps feel fully native and pass the respective App Store and Google Play reviews. I will provide branding assets and an outline of the user flow; you will convert that vision into polished UI/UX, robust back-end APIs, and an intuitive admin dashboard. Payment gateway setup, push notifications, geo-fencing, and rating/review logic should be included.

Deliverables
• Rider app (iOS + Android) ready for store submission
• Driver app (iOS + Android) with the same readiness standard
• Web-based admin panel to monitor trips, users, payments, and disputes
• Source code with clear documentation, build instructions, and a brief hand-over session

Acceptance criteria
• Both apps compile without errors and run smoothly on current iOS/Android versions
• Live ride tracking accurate to within a few meters and updating in near-real time
• Secure payment flow that successfully completes test transactions
• No critical crashes during a week-long pilot with at least 50 simulated rides
