We are looking to build a modern, scalable SaaS platform for estate agents focused on lead generation, automation, and campaign management (similar to Let’s Bid Property, but more advanced and user-friendly).

Project Overview
The platform will allow estate agents to identify high-quality property leads (sales prospecting, probate leads, off-market opportunities) and run automated outreach campaigns (primarily letters, with potential for email/SMS later).

The goal is to create an all-in-one system that helps agents generate instructions through targeted, data-driven campaigns.

1. Lead Generation / Data Integration
- Property data aggregation (Rightmove / Zoopla style sources or equivalents)
- Track property statuses:
- New listings
- Withdrawn / back on market
- Price drops
- Sold / under offer
- Probate data ingestion (automated scraping or API integration)
- Ability to filter leads by postcode, price, property type, etc.

2. Campaign Management System
- Create and manage campaigns targeting selected properties/leads
- Add/remove properties to campaigns easily (“one-click add to campaign”)
- Campaign triggers:
- New property listed
- Property withdrawn / relisted
- Sold / anniversary campaigns
- Scheduled campaigns (e.g. send letters every 7 days / monthly)
- Multi-step follow-ups (e.g. 1st letter, 2nd letter, 3rd letter)

3. Letter Automation
- Generate letters dynamically using templates
- Users can:
- Download letters (DIY printing)
- OR request us to print & send letters on their behalf
- Upload custom headed paper / branding
- Track status: sent / pending / completed
- Notifications when letters are processed

- Generate branded PDF reports including:
- Property summary
- Market analysis (sold & active comparables)
- Local data (schools, transport, crime, etc.)
- Reports should be editable and trackable (view/download tracking)
