Zynga Chips Panel

I need a custom Windows-compatible control panel that can automatically handle Zynga Poker chips from end to end. The core of the project is threefold:

• Chip generation – the panel must reliably create chip quantities I can define on demand.
• Transfer management – once generated, the chips should move between accounts smoothly, with options to schedule or batch transfers.
• User account control – I have to be able to add, edit, suspend, or delete game accounts directly inside the panel.

Code quality and stability matter more to me than flashy graphics, so feel free to use a lean UI framework that keeps things fast and uncomplicated. A clear dashboard, real-time status indicators, and basic logging/export will cover my day-to-day needs.

You are free to choose the tech stack (C#, .NET, Python, or another Windows-friendly language) as long as the final build runs without extra licensing costs and includes well-commented source code. I will test against the latest Zynga client, so please plan for version checks or quick config edits if the game updates.

2. Setup instructions and a short video walkthrough (screen capture is fine)
3. 14-day post-delivery bug fix window
