Seeking Lead Subcontractor for IMBS Banking System Tender Bid

Overview:
We are currently preparing a bid submission for a large-scale Integrated Modern Banking System (IMBS) implementation project within the banking sector. We are seeking one experienced Lead Subcontractor to partner with us in preparing and delivering a compliant, competitive tender response.

Role of the Lead Subcontractor:
The selected subcontractor will act as the primary technical delivery partner and will be responsible for:
• Leading the technical architecture and solution design
• Mapping all requirements to a compliant IMBS solution
• Ensuring alignment with:
o Cloud-native architecture (AWS-based)
o Microservices and API-first design
o Integration with existing banking systems (core banking, payments, data platforms)
• Supporting the full tender response documentation
• Providing detailed implementation approach and timelines
• Assisting in identifying required supporting resources and roles

• Full compliance with all technical architecture requirements
• Clear alignment to all IMBS layers and MVP scope
• Ability to integrate with existing systems and infrastructure
• High availability, scalability, and security considerations
• Structured and professional technical submission documentation

Pricing & Commercials:
• A complete pricing schedule must be developed based strictly on the tender documentation
• Pricing must include:
o Implementation costs
o Licensing (if applicable)
o Support and maintenance
o Resource allocation
• Payment will be aligned with the tender’s payment structure
o (Milestone-based / as defined in the final awarded contract)
