Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build a Government-style MIS Dashboard and Website similar to an existing prototype.

Project Overview:
The system will include:

* MIS Dashboard (data analytics, charts, KPIs)
* Public website portal
* Role-based login system (Admin, State, District users)
* Reports (PDF/Excel download)
* Mobile responsive interface
* Clean and modern UI

Scope of Work:

* Convert provided HTML prototype into production-ready system
* Develop frontend + backend
* Create database and APIs
* Build dashboard with charts (Chart.js or similar)
* Implement authentication and role-based access
* Ensure mobile compatibility and performance
* Deploy on server/cloud

Tech Stack (Preferred but flexible):

* Frontend: React / HTML / CSS / JS
* Backend: Node.js / Python (Django/FastAPI)
* Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Requirements:
