Landlord-Tenant Property Management Platform
Project Description
We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team or freelancer to build a cloud-based Property Management Platform for UK landlords and agents.
The system should include web and mobile applications (iOS & Android) with features such as property and tenancy management, maintenance ticketing, compliance tracking (gas, electrical, fire safety), accounting with Making Tax Digital (MTD) integration, and payment processing.
Key requirements:
* Multi-role system (landlord, tenant, agent, supplier, admin)
* Scalable cloud architecture with secure APIs
* GDPR-compliant data handling
* Integration with payment gateways and HMRC APIs
* Mobile apps with offline capabilities for inspections
Tech stack is flexible, but experience in SaaS platforms, fintech, or property management systems is highly preferred.
The project will be delivered in phases, starting with an MVP and expanding into full compliance, payments, and analytics features.
