Interactive Ethics Training Modules -- 2

I’m commissioning a suite of online learning modules that guide employees through real-world ethics and integrity dilemmas. Each module must feel immersive: learners follow branching, scenario-based storylines and are prompted to make decisions, reflect, and complete short assessments that vary in style (multiple choice, drag-and-drop, hotspots, mini-games—whatever best reinforces the lesson).

Animated sequences will carry the narrative. If you work in Vyond, After Effects, or comparable animation tools, that’s perfect; I only need the visuals to mesh seamlessly with the interactive elements. All content will be delivered through our Learning Management System, so the finished files must publish cleanly to SCORM (1.2 or 2004) or xAPI and return scores for every knowledge-check.

Deliverables
• Instructional design outline/storyboard for each topic
• Custom animation assets and voice-over synced to the script
• Fully developed, SCORM-compliant modules with scenario branching and varied assessments
• Source files for future edits

Acceptance criteria
• Modules launch and track in the LMS without errors
• Decision paths work as written and route to correct feedback
• Assessment data (pass/fail, score, question responses) reports to the LMS
• Final build passes a WCAG-friendly accessibility check
