Voice AI Feedback Automation Setup

Project Description

I need a streamlined voice-driven workflow that sits on top of n8n, taps ElevenLabs for speech synthesis where needed, and uses Vapi to handle the real-time call interface. The end goal is simple: while customers are on the phone with us, the system should listen, transcribe their live comments, and store those transcriptions as structured feedback for our customer-service analytics.

Here’s what success looks like for me:

• A ready-to-import n8n workflow that starts when Vapi detects an incoming call, streams audio into ElevenLabs (or a comparable speech model if you prefer) for accurate real-time transcription, then pushes the text and call metadata into our CRM or a Google Sheet.
• Graceful error handling so calls never drop if any API hiccups.
• Clear instructions on how to plug in my own API keys and set environment variables.
• A short Loom or written walkthrough showing the workflow running end-to-end with a sample call.
