# Project Title:

Build AI-Powered Communication & CRM System (Voice, SMS, Automation)

## Project Overview:

I am building a system called **Agent Edge**, which is an AI-driven communication and business automation platform.

This is NOT a simple chatbot or CRM project.

This system will act as the **front-end communication and decision layer of a business**, handling:

* inbound phone calls (voice AI)
* SMS conversations
* lead routing
* automated follow-up
* CRM data capture
* interaction summaries and task generation

The goal is to create a system where **AI handles as much of the communication and workflow as possible**, with human agents only stepping in when necessary.

## Core Requirements:

The system must:

### 1. Voice AI (Inbound Calls)

* Answer calls instantly
* Conduct natural conversations
* Identify caller intent
* Route calls based on intent
* Transfer to human agents when needed

### 2. SMS Communication

* Handle real-time SMS conversations
* Continue conversations after calls
* Send follow-up messages automatically

---

### 3. AI Decision Engine

* Use GPT or similar to:

* understand intent
* determine next action
* decide routing
* trigger follow-up

System should be **prompt-driven**, not rigid or hard-coded.

### 4. CRM Integration (GoHighLevel or similar)

* Automatically create/update contacts
* Store:

* name
* phone
* intent
* conversation summaries
* No manual data entry required

---

### 5. Routing Logic

* New leads → first available agent
* Existing contacts → assigned agent
* Non-sales calls → filtered through AI (no unnecessary human interruption)

### 6. Call + Message Logging

* Record interactions
* Generate summaries
* Extract key data
* Create follow-up tasks

---

### 7. Follow-Up Automation

* Trigger SMS follow-up after missed calls
* Continue conversations automatically
* Re-engage contacts over time

---

### 8. External Data Integration (Future-Ready)

* System must be designed to support:

* MLS / IDX APIs
* third-party data sources
* Real-time data usage in conversations

## Tech Stack (Preferred):

* Twilio (calls + SMS)
* Vapi or similar (voice AI)
* OpenAI / GPT
* GoHighLevel (CRM)
* Backend: Node.js / Python (open to recommendation)

## Important Notes:

* This is a **system build**, not a single feature
* Must be clean, scalable, and modular
* Must support multiple businesses (multi-tenant in future)
* Must be prompt-driven and adaptable

* Strong experience with APIs and system integration
* Experience with Twilio and real-time communication
* Experience with AI (OpenAI / GPT)
* Ability to design clean backend architecture
* Someone who can think beyond simple scripts
