Build a Trader Dashboard for a Funded Trading Platform + Zendesk + AI Support Assistant

Project Description

We are building a funded trading / simulated trading evaluation platform and need an experienced product-minded developer or small team to design and build a professional trader dashboard.

We want a clean, modern, high-trust dashboard comparable in functional depth to leading funded-trader platforms, but built for our own brand, systems, and workflow.

This is not just a UI mockup project. We need someone who can build the actual dashboard experience and connect it into the wider product flow.

Project Goal:
Create a trader dashboard where users can log in and manage their full journey in one place, including: challenge/account status, rules and progress, drawdown / profit tracking, payout visibility, support / tickets, and AI-assisted help inside the dashboard.

What We Need Built:

1. Trader Dashboard - Core trader-facing dashboard with modules: account overview, challenge phase / account stage, current balance / simulated balance, max drawdown / daily drawdown, profit target progress, payout eligibility status, rule summary, recent activity / alerts / notices, account history / challenge history, login/profile/account settings.

2. Analytics / Performance Views - equity curve / balance over time, drawdown tracking, win rate / trade stats, average win / average loss, performance by time period, challenge objective progress, pass / fail / funded-stage indicators.

3. Support System Inside the Dashboard - embedded support/help center experience, ticket creation inside dashboard, ticket history and ticket status inside dashboard, FAQ / knowledge base access, support categories (payout question, failed challenge review, rule clarification, account/login issue, refund / billing issue, technical/platform issue).

4. Zendesk Integration - user account linked to Zendesk identity/profile, tickets created from inside dashboard, metadata passed with tickets where appropriate, support status viewable by the user, proper routing / categorization support, ability to avoid duplicate handling across channels.

5. AI Support Assistant / Smart Chatbot - answer common questions using approved FAQ / support logic, guide users to the right support path, help users raise a ticket when needed, collect key issue details before handoff, triage based on issue type/urgency/account status, escalate to human support when appropriate.

6. Connected User Flow - checkout completed > account provisioned > user logs in > user sees account/challenge status > user tracks progress > user raises support issue if needed > user sees payout/support/review status in one place.

We are NOT looking for: a simple UI-only mockup, a generic admin template, a superficial chatbot widget with no workflow logic, someone who only does design but cannot build, or someone who cannot integrate with real support/data flows.

Preferred Experience: fintech / trading / dashboards, SaaS dashboards, support/helpdesk integration, AI chatbot or support automation systems, Zendesk API / help center integration, authenticated product UX, analytics-heavy web interfaces.

8. Your preferred pricing structure: fixed-price or milestone-based

Platform Compatibility Requirement:
