I need a HubSpot specialist to set up full-scale integrations across CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, then coach my small team on how to use everything confidently.
Scope
• Migrate and clean the data I currently keep in CSV files and a legacy CRM, categorising it properly so all contacts, deals and activities live in one centralised HubSpot workspace.
• Build automated workflows for lead capturing, email marketing and sales pipeline management—this includes form connections, list segmentation, personalised nurture sequences and deal stage automation.
• Configure dashboards, reports and any necessary custom properties so performance is easy to track at a glance.
• Deliver live training sessions (recorded for later replay) that walk us through day-to-day tasks in each hub, plus written quick-start guides.
Acceptance
1. All historical data appears in HubSpot without duplicates and is searchable by lifecycle stage, source and key custom fields.
2. A test lead should move automatically from capture through drip emails into the sales pipeline, triggering the right tasks and notifications.
3. Dashboards display real-time metrics for marketing emails, lead flow and deal progress.
4. My team can demonstrate the above unaided after training.
