CRM Scaling & Wesbite Maintenance Expert Needed

Project Description

I’m looking for a developer who can take full ownership of our existing, self-hosted CRM and website. The immediate focus is managing ongoing maintenance and performance optimisation—everything from monitoring resource usage on our server to tightening page-load times and ensuring uptime is rock solid.

Once the platform is running smoothly, I’d like you to drive a round of strategic upgrades: introduce new CRM features, refresh the interface for a cleaner user experience, and build out richer reporting tools so our team can extract insights at a glance. Alongside those enhancements, we’ll need advanced API work. You’ll be connecting us to selected third-party services and creating custom APIs that expose key data endpoints for our partners.

You will have direct access to our own server and hosting environment, so familiarity with version control, secure deployment practices and environment management is essential.

Key outcomes:
• Stable, fast-performing production system with proactive monitoring in place
• Newly released CRM features, interface overhaul, and expanded reporting dashboard
• Seamless integrations with third-party services and fully documented custom APIs
