Comprehensive Lead Generation System Development

I’m a REALTOR and commercial real estate professional based in the Dallas-Fort Worth market operating under my own brand (Escuadra Real Estate). I need someone to build a complete lead generation and nurture system from scratch. This is a one-time setup project with potential for ongoing management.
What I need built:
1. Meta Ads Setup (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and launch lead generation ad campaigns targeting DFW buyers, sellers, and commercial/retail tenants
• Set up Facebook Pixel and Meta Lead Ad forms (capturing name, email, phone, inquiry type)
• Build custom and lookalike audiences
2. CRM + Mailchimp Integration
• Connect Meta Lead Ads → Mailchimp (via LeadsBridge or Zapier)
• Segment my Mailchimp list by lead type: residential buyers, sellers, commercial/leasing inquiries
• Set up automated welcome email sequence for new leads (3–5 emails)
3. Automation Flow
• New lead fills out Meta ad form → auto-added to correct Mailchimp list segment → triggers branded email sequence
• Real-time lead notifications to my phone/email
Requirements:
• Experience with real estate clients (please share examples)
• Proficient in: Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Zapier or LeadsBridge, Facebook Pixel, GoHighLevel is a plus
• Must understand lead funnel strategy, not just technical setup
• Strong English communication — I need to understand what you’re building and why
