Shopify Payment Gateway Integration
Project Description
I need an experienced Shopify developer to connect both Stripe and Square to my existing store so customers can check out with either option. The job is entirely focused on app integrations—no theme or product work—so I want someone who knows the ins and outs of Shopify’s Payments, the Stripe and Square dashboards, and PCI-compliant setup.
Here’s what I expect:
• Install and configure the official Stripe and Square apps (or the most reliable alternatives if policy changes require it).
• Verify API keys, webhooks, and fraud-prevention settings.
• Run test transactions in sandbox mode, then switch to live once everything passes.
• Confirm that payment methods display correctly on product, cart, and checkout pages across desktop and mobile.
• Provide a brief hand-off guide outlining any future maintenance steps.
